Kickstart Your Fitness Today!
The Kickstart Boot Camp for Women is a fun,
challenging and dynamic total fitness program.
Each camp lasts four weeks and consists of expert fitness training, professional nutritional guidance, and motivation coaching. There are two morning boot camps: 5:30-6:30 a.m. and 8:00-9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. You can register for 3, 4, or 5 days per week. We also offer a challenging Kettlebell & Bodyweight camp from 6:45 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. 3 days per week (Mon-Wed-Fri).
Each day of the week is a different workout. This keeps the routines fresh and new and it provides you with a well balanced approach to getting fit. Workouts include:
- Total Body Circuits
- Core Conditioning
- Flexibility & Mobility
- Sport Yoga
- Cardio & Agility
- Bodyweight Training
- And a lot more!
Each camp also includes two seminars: ‘Kickstart your Motivation’ and ‘Kickstart your Nutrition’. These two fun and informative classes will give you the tools you need to reach your fitness goals.
All ages (16+) and levels of fitness are welcome.
Class sizes are kept small enough that you will get personal attention each day. You will also receive training and guidance on form and proper exercise progressions to ensure your safety and maximum results.
